Patch that adds a "Prefer Dark GTK3 Theme" checkbox
I've written a patch that adds a checkbox to enable and disable the dark theme
variant.
As the GTK setting clearly says "prefer", hiding this option when the selected
theme does not supply a dark variant seems unnecessary.
