Under XFCE, KStatusNotifierItem in the KNotifications framework library
(version 5.17) doesn't see the mouse click on the system tray icon, and
therefore doesn't pass the click to KAlarm, which therefore doesn't know to
show/hide its main window. Version 4.14 of the same class does see the mouse
click. The reason for KNotifications framework no longer seeing the click under
XFCE needs investigation.
