I'm using KDE Neon User - which interestingly is not selectable in the
'Platform' choices :)
The built in theme-selector 'get hot new stuff' includes Plasma 4 themes. Could
it either include an option to select/deselect 4? Or not have Plasma 4 themes
from the view in the first place (if using Plasma 5).
The same should apply to the store.kde.org Plasma Themes section. It would be
good to be able to select either 4 or 5 depending on your wish.

Initially it may be a challenge to catalogue them but if a field is added for
submitters of themes/tools etc, it will make maintenance a breeze. Excuse the
pun :D
