I would at least like to understand why this is 100% reproducible for some users but not for others (like me). There must be something (some specific setting or the presence of some package) triggering this. The only difference I can see from the linked report is that in his case the flatpak plugin is being loaded before the packagekit one. In my case it's the other way around.
