I can confirmed the same behavior if copying files from an archive open as a
folder in dolphin.
Files are copied with a .part extention and then renamed to their original
basename. If files with same name already exists on destination, the copied
file is left on the destination with the .part extension and dolphin pops up an
information dialog stating "Could not rename partial file .... Please check
permission".
