The package is currently build with the following USE flags (gentoo):
➜ ~ equery uses phonon
[ Legend : U - final flag setting for installation]
[ : I - package is installed with flag ]
[ Colors : set, unset ]
* Found these USE flags for media-libs/phonon-4.9.1-r1:

- - abi_x86_32 : 32-bit (x86) libraries
- - debug : Enable extra debug codepaths, like asserts and extra output.
