**Issue details:**

Whenever I install nvidia drivers on my issue.

 1. The icon-only Task manager animations are super fast, not smooth.
 2. When I boot my PC, CPU usage is 100%!
 3. When I boot my PC, the kde boot screen flashes several times and loading
wheel animation is super fast not smooth.

Reproducibility: It happens always.
