Chat window in ktp-text-ui automatically scrolls to the bottom. Once there is
enough text for scrollbar to appear, the whole text starts oscillating up and
down as ktp-text-ui attempts to scroll down. Also trying to manually scroll up
doesn't work, scroll bar immediately jumps down.
