This happens since the libkgapi port to the new Google authentication page.
Trying to add a new account from Dolphin does add the account successfully, but
when the authentication dialog closes the main Dolphin window is also closed
with it.
It doesn't crash, the dolphin process still runs in the background. But there
seems to be no way of bringing back the original Dolphin window.
