This should already be the case, at least with webbrowsing windows (not
filemanagement windows). Unless you use "New Window" of course. But any window
opened externally (by clicking a link in kmail, typing a url in krunner etc.
etc.) leads to a different konqueror process, for exactly the reason you
describe.
