BEHAVIOR
When I apply the "Crop, Scale and Tilt" effect to a clip in the Timeline, it
effectively hides the clip from the Project Monitor. Editing the parameters
doesn't affect anything, visually.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
For the "Crop, Scale and Tilt" effect to affect the video clip in Timeline,
normally.
