I'm still pretty sure you're suffering from an outdated Intel display driver.

-- start with disabling opengl and then try to find whether there's a newer
display driver for your system.
Interestingly, I see that a lot of people who report this problem cause the bug
to be reported twice, almost as if the web browser also has an update problem!
But it's not a bug in Krita, I'm afraid :-( If it were, we could fix it!
