Yes -- that is because the driver is getting confused. It apparently remembers
it already had created a wintab context for krita, and now there's suddenly a
new instance of Krita! The driver then refuses to create a new context, and
Krita doesn't get tablet events. This is a bug in the drivers of your genius
tablet -- there is _nothing_ we can do to fix it, you should report the issue
to genius. Not that you'll get any reply from them...
