Recend Documents view showing truncated filenames

Plasma version: 5.9.4
In the Recent Documents section, long filenames get truncated easily because
the filenames sit below the icons rather than to the right of them. This is a
big problem for files with long names, many of which all start with the same
base string. I've attached a screenshot that illustrates the issue.
This isn't a problem with all the other views that show program names under
their icons, but files tend to have much longer names than programs do.
