I think something broke in ki18n there. CCing Aleix as he's done some changes
in the area.
Note that both packages install
`/usr/share/locale/nb/LC_MESSAGES/plasma_applet_org.mo`.
The original po in kate's case was named
`plasma_applet_org.kde.plasma.katesessions.po`, so it appears a regex is doing
a poor job of handling points in the file name, losing everything after the
first which naturally leads to file clashes.
