I have 2 monitors, 8 virtual desktops, and a vertical panel with a pager. When
I want to drag a window to a different virtual desktop this only works if I
first drag the window down until it is shown as moving, and then drag it up. If
I click on it and start dragging it up immediately the window does not move.

I have this on 2 different hosts.
