Note: /usr/share/kservicetypes5/kpackage-generic.desktop exists, but I'm not
sure if that's the wrong filename or if another desktop file should be
installed.

OS: KDE Neon User (day of release), installed with `sudo apt install
plasma-sdk`. plasmoidviewer works fine, so the package is still installed. I've
opened this "app" in the past, so it did work before.
