I had the same issue, but was unable to reproduce it after restarting the
application. It only affected the canvas. I could use the right and double
click of the pen in the rest of the UI without issues (context menus, etc.).
Right click with the mouse worked as expected on canvas and UI alike.
I don't know how to export my wacom settings, but I had the side switch on
"Hover Click" mode.
