Add PEGI rating to GiantBomb results
Rather than adding a new default field for PEGI, I'm choosing to add it
as an optional field for the video game data sources that support it.
Amazon UK does not appear to include PEGI ratings, at the moment, for
example, so it's a bit hit or miss.
