After upgrading from 15.04 to 15.10 Kubuntu, calling up the Digital Clock
Settings Window results in a blank window, as in see-through to the desktop
blank.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right Click Digital Clock Widget
2. Select "Digital Clock Settings"
Actual Results:
Blank/Empty Window
