On OSX Mavericks testing out the latest alpha build. I noticed that the pan
tool stops working after you start panning.
Steps to reproduce:
1. hold down space bar and pan a bit on the canvas
2. bring your pen up while still having the space bar down
Actual Results: the pan tool is deselected
Expected: The pan tool would still be active.
maybe it is related to this bug?
