[KScreen] [Bug 378285] The app window is too large to find the lower buttons, they are below the taskbar

opening System Settings --> then "Display and Monitor"
           The problem is solved with an scrollbar
           And the Window Title is "Displays - System Settings"


BUT clicking in Start Menu --> then write "Displays"
           There is no scroll bar for the application
           The windows is too long for my laptop screen 
           ( I have 1366x768 , the maximum resolution available)
           And the Window Title is "Displays - System Settings Module"
