There are actually some decent Qt libraries for Markdown previews out there,
e.g.:
https://github.com/cloose/CuteMarkEd
Might make sense to have a KDevelop or KTextEditor (better) plugin which shows
the Markdown text preview in a tool view, integrating one of these libraries.
