I recently bought a second monitor and now run in the excact same issues as
described in this bug report!
When moving windows between monitors, crossing a vertical panel on the way, the
windows get stuck or disappear. If a remove or relocate the vertical panel, so
that windows don't have to cross it, everythin works fine and as expected.
