Bug ID: 378084 Summary: KDE uses vertically oriented Flickr Picture of the Day as a wallpaper with horizontally oriented displays Product: kdeplasma-addons Version: 5.9.4 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: General Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: fince...@hotmail.com Target Milestone: --- As described in the title, I noticed this behavior while I was playing with wallpaper positionings. The bug requires - a vertically oriented wallpaper - either "Scaled, Keep Proportions", "Centered" or "Tiled" positioning With "Scaled" positioning the wallpaper fits the screen but is badly distorted. With "Scaled and Cropped", the wallpaper is cut in half but horizontal/vertical scale ratio of the picture is correct (1:1) as present in the source image. Not sure but worth mentioning that the following bug may relate: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=377917 Please see the attached picture for details. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
