When I want a toolview to be wide in order not to srcoll sideways, I usually
undock it. But window manager doesn't treat it like a normal window - eg I may
want to set it as "Keep above other" while I debug or run various analysis.
So it there a way for a toolview to be undocked as another KDevelop's window on
my desktop?
