1. Use Icons only manager on panel, add some icons to it Like: KDE ones
(dolpin, gwenview), and Libreoffice + Firefox+ Clementine for example.
2.Drag and drop the non KDE icon from the panel to change the order of the
icons. Icons order will be changed.
3. Open the changed apps.
4. The icons order will be changed back to the original (issue).
2nd issue:
Right click / Pin is not working on wayland, it is greyed out.
Manjaro, KF 5.31, Plasma 5.92.
