You meant "application/zip"?
Btw I was able to reproduce it after unchecking the "automatically select
filename extension" checkbox.
As a temporary workaround, please make sure to add the ".zip" extension when
you choose the archive's filename.
Or just use the "Compress Here (as ZIP)" service menu entry.
