i compiled v4l-utils and vlc-2.2, but kaffeine compile (git pull from 27. Feb.
2017) quits with 

CMake Error at cmake/modules/FindVLC.cmake:104 (message):
  Could not find /usr/include/vlc/libvlc_version.h

the required file is not part of the vlc sources.
