I think the face detection (with options) and sort by quality) maintenance
options should be available from within import or be (optionally) automatically
called after each import, since both are (typically) one-time operations that
each image only needs to see once. Maybe other options too.
I would like to get my image import workflow to be as streamlined as possible.
Automatic face recognition and quality tags after import would help a lot here,
since adding face tags to imported images afterwards always includes having to
deselect and reselect the appropriate folders.
With automatic post-import image recognition I would only have to confirm the
faces as I go through the images anyway.
