This was tested on Dolphin 26.08.0-2 on Arch Linux which has the fix backported
for the zoom / preview thing being wrong:

This patch was backported:
https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/commit/27696ee6.patch
That fixed one of the regressions with the new update. But the spacing issue
still remains.
See screenshots for before and after ("26.04.3-1" vs. "26.08.0-2") on Arch
Linux, with both having the same options and 64px zoom (the default) on Icon
view mode.
