The screenshot demonstrates the Empty Trash icon size mismatch. The other
toolbar icons were intentionally enlarged to make the difference more visible.

## Description

In Dolphin, the **Empty Trash** icon does not follow the selected toolbar icon
size.

When the toolbar icon size is changed to **Small** or **Large**, the other
toolbar icons are resized accordingly, but the **Empty Trash** icon keeps the
same size.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open Dolphin.
2. Set the toolbar icon size to **Small** or **Large**.
3. Navigate between a normal directory and the **Trash** directory.

### Actual behavior

The Empty Trash icon remains at the same size regardless of the selected
toolbar icon size.

When entering the Trash directory, the location bar height changes because the
Empty Trash button has a different icon size. When leaving the Trash directory,
it returns to its previous height, causing a noticeable visual jump.

### Expected behavior

The Empty Trash icon should follow the selected toolbar icon size, and the
location bar height should remain consistent when navigating between
directories.

### Additional information

The attached screenshot is a representative example. I intentionally increased
the toolbar icon size to make the difference more visible.
