## DESCRIPTION
Global Menu makes the menu in certain applications disappear but doesn't
actually display the menu itself - severely limiting their functionality. This
impacts applications such as IDA/IDA Pro whose functionality highly depends on
this menu.
## STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply Layan global theme with desktop layout.
## OBSERVED RESULT
Menu doesn't show in multiple applications including IDA/IDA Pro.
## EXPECTED RESULT
Menu gets pulled to the Global Menu.
