DESCRIPTION
Once a word has been entered, the help pop-ups "Clear search" and "Configure
Dictionary..." appear immediately over the buttons they refer to when the mouse
pointer moves over them making it almost impossible to press those buttons.
Even if you wait some time, those pop-ups remain over the buttons instead of
vanishing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter a word in the search box.
2. Move the mouse over the "x" (clear search) button or "wrench" Configure
Dictionary button.

OBSERVED RESULT
Help pop-ups "Clear search" or "Configure Dictionary..." appear immediately
over the buttons that they refer to preventing you from pressing those buttons.
EXPECTED RESULT
Help pop-ups should appear after a delay like they do before a word has been
entered in the search box and possibly also disappear after a short time.
Alternatively, the pop-ups should appear above, below or to the side of the
button so you can still press the button with the pop-up displayed.
