DESCRIPTION
Whenever using a colorful mouse pointer on KDE, the KRdp server transmits to
the RDP client the wrong color scheme.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use any custom mouse pointer which has red, blue or green colors
2. Launch KRdp and connect to it
3. see lack of blue or green color on the cursor, only red is visible
OBSERVED RESULT
KRdp doesn't fetch correctly the color scheme from the mouse pointer.
EXPECTED RESULT
The RDP client receives all colors of the mouse pointer.

Tested on Apache Guacamole & Remmina Client. I'm using LyraP cursors.
