Open Overview only on active/follow mouse monitor.
I like an plasma Overview, i think it is cool and very useful. I use it to
switch windows, i use it to launch apps. But it opens on all screens, so if im
on zoom call sharing my second screen and want to launch/switch to another app,
overview will popup for the audience, same for streaming, or when presenting
from my laptop to another screen.
For now i use plasma plugin that i asked AI to create

I tried implement what i what to see in plasma-overview, i have more functions,
it works, but this is vibe coding and have no real desktop/window preview
