DESCRIPTION
Sometimes when moving between desktops (perhaps only when using keyboard)
application windows stay black until move cursor moves over them.

OBSERVED RESULT
Screenshow before_window_update.png showing black Kate but I observe this most
often with black Konsole (26.04.3) windows.
EXPECTED RESULT
Screenshow after_window_update.png showing normal Kate.
