As this is a real problem, your response to the contrary deserves some thought. The possibilities are: 1. You've adopted the time honored programmers approach that it's not a bug, it's a feature. 2. You've adopted the time honored support approach of the best way to reduce current and future support calls is to provide really bad support. 3. Your last comment is probably the true one; you resent AI identifying a solution that you could not. AI is a threat to those in the computing industry; especially the border line ones.
