Photo of a dual-screen touch device with keyboard showing up on the top screen
awkwardly
DESCRIPTION
Dual-screen touch devices are getting popular. Many of them arrange their
displays top-bottom (or support such an orientation), with the bottom screen
taking the place where traditionally a keyboard would be.
It would be nice to have the on-screen keyboard configurable such that it
always shows up on a specific screen (the bottom one).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDE Plasma on a dual-screen touch device.
2. Tap at a input box on the top screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
The on-screen keyboard appears on the top screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The on-screen keyboard appears on the bottom screen.
