--- Comment #34 from [email protected] --- Good if it works there. I have two computers, two operating system levels and the problem appears on both computers. The newer computer has a Ryzen 9 and a lot of RAM installed and runs LinuxMint 22.3. The older computer is an old 8-core, dual-processor Mac running LinuxMint 21.3. Also equipped with enough RAM. Admittedly, it's definitely not the fastest anymore, and I can't expect everything from this computer anymore, but so far all the programs selected have worked and allowed for the expected use. Digikam also ran very well on both computers. Then Digikam 9.0/9.1(/9.2) came along and the problems that have already been described several times occur. And it is the only software that causes me such problems while using expected basic functions. The simple image selection function slows down the computer completely for minutes. So my question again, I have already mentioned the specific functional area affected and described the problems, what has changed so dramatically? What was changed with QT6, or what might be missing from the operating system (it is LTS and therefore kept up to date) that promotes this drastic restriction? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
