Does seem we have a problem that only exhibits on some systems but not others.
I just got a callgrind log from a colleague when quassel was animating in the
system tray using 80%. On my system with the exact same trigger ~1%, everything
fine.
What was interesting in the trace is we got a huuuuge amount of X events.
~50000 in around 10 seconds. This accounts for 25% of the CPU usage. Identity
that and we'll probably fix most the problem.
