DESCRIPTION
Launching an application using a shortcut after logging in to a new plasma
session places the application on my secondary monitor, even though the cursor
is located in the center of my primary screen by default. If I move the cursor
slightly before triggering the shortcut, then the applications do launch on the
primary screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to a new plasma session (with multiple displays).
2. Launch any application using a shortcut.
OBSERVED RESULT
Application launches on a non-primary display.
EXPECTED RESULT
Application launches on the primary display.
