DESCRIPTION
Provide a method for a user to specify a saving directory for the
reconciliation reports.
Provide a user with a method to select whether they want each reconciliation
report to be autosaved.
When a user reconciles an account, automatically save the reconciliation report
in the directory the user specified.
If the user specified a reconciliation directory as
/home/user/Documents/Finance/Reconciles/
Then upon saving the reconciliation report for an account named CHK - Bank Of
World, save the reconciliation in a directory such as:
/home/user/Documents/Finance/Reconciles/CHK - Bank Of World/recon_<date>.md
Essentially save the file in a directory named after the account name.
