DESCRIPTION
I have 'Mute task when clicking indicator' disabled in the task manager
settings. The 'show an indicator when task is playing audio' option is still
enabled. On my primary monitor, the mute icon is shown, but not clickable. On
my second monitor, the mute icon is shown and does mute/unmute the task when
clicked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play a video/audio in a program
2. Click the mute button on the task in the second monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
Program is muted.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should simply be an indicator, not a button.
