--- Comment #6 from Shyam Prabhu <[email protected]> --- Found it - turns out it was ProtonVPN's CLI autoconnect service (proton-vpn-cli, runs at login) causing the issue, not POTD or the dock directly. Removed it entirely and switched to manual wg-quick, confirmed clean across 5 reboots with both POTD and dock reconnected at the same time. My setup didn't change from 6.27, same ProtonVPN service was running fine before the update. Went through the 6.28 frameworks changelog and the 6.7.3 plasma changelog looking for anything related to session startup, nothing obviously points at why this started now versus before. No longer need the SIGKILL workaround. Thanks for your patience through the false leads on this one.
