GPU usage percentage is showing 0% for Intel Arc A750.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Intel Arc A750
2. Open plasma-systemmonitor
3. Face the issue
OBSERVED RESULT
GPU stats are not shown correctly
EXPECTED RESULT
It should show the stats correctlyy
