When using Spectacle on the current KDE neon, I am unable to use the "extract
text" funtionality as the necessary package tesseract-ocr, as well as the
dependent tesseract-ocr-{LANG} and tesseract-ocr-osd, are not installed by
defualt.
Installing tesseract-ocr pulls in the dependecnies needed and enables the OCR
functionality in Spectacle.
