Bug ID: 376383 Summary: XP-Pen tablet canvas completely offset from interface Product: krita Version: 3.1.2 Platform: MS Windows OS: MS Windows Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: tablet support Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: sjw...@protonmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 103994 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=103994&action=edit The offset can be seen here. The vertical line represents the furthest the brush will travel, the horizontal lines represent the furthest the brush will draw. Recently got a XP-Pen Star05 graphics tablet and was hoping to use Krita with it but this is a pretty big hindrance. I only have access to about 2/3rds of the drawing area, as seen in the attachment. I tried the advice given on the FAQ but the screen resolutions and offsets reported by Qt and WinTab are both the same. It's a Win8 Laptop, using the built-in display only, so multiple displays are not an issue. I've tried screwing around with the XP-Pen driver settings and the only thing that seemed to fix it was switching to "Tablet PC" mode, which restores Windows' infuriating ripple effect on clicks. I've had a couple of attempts where I briefly have access to the full drawing area on startup, but it quickly returns to the problematic behavior. Unsure if this has anything to do with switching away from the aforementioned Tablet PC mode. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the drivers and krita to no avail. If there's anything I can do to help get to the bottom of this, or even anything I can do to fix it, I'd be glad to do whatever it takes, but I couldn't find any info about this elsewhere. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
