We now have a workaround that we can do for Plasma 5.9.2.
Unfortunately we need to do it for every single module that crashes.
It seems that whilst the only KCMs that crash are all QML KCMs, it's not the
case that all QML KCMs crash.
Currently I know of KWin decoration and screen locker.
Can people please list any other module that may need fixing, and I'll try and
write a patch.
