However when using, e.g., Gwenview to access the file system root, it will still crash. Furthermore, accessing /proc from dolphin will completely freeze the process. And in a way I cant even kill it. This happens as well if the preview is disabled in dolphin. The linked thread stated that the issue is not KDE related. However, when I was using Linux Mint with Cinnamon, I did not have this issues.
